About Three Rivers
Our History
Three Rivers Christian Fellowship was founded by pastor Scott Mills in 1999. Pastor Scott, a gifted pastor and Bible teacher, in his tenure taught the Scriptures from Genesis to Revelation - always with an emphasis on God's Love and His amazing grace. In May of 2013 pastor Scott felt from the Lord that it was time for him to step down from the ministry, and with the elders' heart-felt sadness, but ultimate approval and blessing, accepted his resignation.
As the elders prayed and sought the Lord, it has seemed good to them and the congregation, in the Holy Spirit, to have the ministry continue. Thus a "new adventure" has begun with the Three Rivers family! With a genuine desire to follow the direction of the Lord and the new path He has set for us.
Specifically, we do not want to be a church organization or "club", but rather to be a family of committed believers, where Jesus is truly held up first and foremost over everything else. Three Rivers is where we as a family learn to love and serve one another, and where we break out of the walls of our building into the our community to share His the amazing revelation of love and redemption.
Our Pastors
Sr. Pastor Terry Cochrun has been a dedicated Christian since 1968. Married in 1971, he and his wife Kathy have five adult children and thirteen grandchildren. Pastor Terry has spent most of his adult life in field of construction, working as a carpenter, building foreman, project superintendent, project manager & company owner. He has been in Church leadership as both elder and pastor for the past 30 years. He has served at Three Rivers Christian Fellowship as an Elder since 2004 and as assisting pastor since 2009.
His passion is to help fellow Christians see and embrace the absolute reality of Jesus Christ in their everyday life. That Jesus truly is the answer to every problem that we face, and that there is nothing that His nearness cannot overcome in our lives.
Pastor Tracy Wolfe was born in Ohio, and lived in Florida, Kentucky, and Indiana before moving to California in 1975. He has been involved in the ministry of the gospel of Jesus Christ since 1985. He has served with the Old German Baptist Brethren, Brethren Community Fellowship and now at Three Rivers Christian Fellowship. Tracy and Mary have been married since 1976 and have four children and ten grandchildren. Tracy is an almond grower and operates a pool service business.
Since 2004 Tracy and Mary have traveled to East Africa (Uganda and Rwanda) with the message of Colossians 1:27 – “Christ in You the Hope of Glory!” Their desire is to see Christ formed in other believers (Galatians 4:19). They are blessed to be a part of the Three Rivers family - and excited to see where God is leading our fellowship.
Church Oversight
Three Rivers Christian Fellowship is governed by a board of elders that is seeking to lead the fellowship in the direction that the Holy Spirit is leading. Seeing the Lord Himself as the potter, and the church as the clay. The elders also regularly preach and teach, giving a great balance of diversity and depth to sharing what the Holy Spirit is saying the church.

Financial Support
Three Rivers Christian Fellowship is able to minister as a result of the faithful and sacrificial financial gifts that are received. We have no corporate or large donors. Giving money is not emphasized in our meetings, and offering baskets are not passed. A small box is simply placed at the back of our sanctuary for folks to give as they are obedient to what the Lord is saying to them.
